Maximum flexibility and durability: The new PTFE corrugated hose for high-temperature applications
With its new PTFE corrugated hoses, HASCO is expanding its temperature control range with a solution specifically designed to meet the most demanding requirements for flexibility and durability. Thanks to their high elasticity and tear resistance, the hos-es withstand heavy mechanical stresses as well as abrasion and vibration, thereby contributing to a long service life and consistently high performance.
Due to their high temperature resistance and flexibility, the product range opens up a wide variety of applications, particularly in the field of high-temperature moulds. Even in applications with operating pressures of up to 125 bar, the PTFE corrugated hose ensures reliable, high-performance temperature control.
The corrugated inner core allows for an exceptionally small bending radius. Despite its high flexibility, it remains twist-free and kink-resistant, ensuring a consistently high flow rate.
Custom lengths and configurations can be easily created using the HASCO hose con-figurator. Users can select the length and connections to suit their specific require-ments, thereby receiving a bespoke solution.
